One option is the JUTA HelpDesk mobile app offering technical support combined with service and consulting assistance. Service support goes out to test new products directly in the conditions during harvest and tests on different brands. In case of problems, we are thus able to respond with advice or real help and contribute to a solution even if it requires a personal visit to the client. TRAINING ON TWINE AND KNOTTERS ON BALER MACHINES
We provide training for business partners and customers on the issue of knotting baler machines for large square bales. We are continuing the tradition of training for our dealers and customers.
The first training was carried out at the end of 2018 in the cooperation of our business partner in Austria, since then more than 180 baler operators (agricultural servicemen) have been trained.
Training course: three hours of theoretical classroom instruction followed by a practical demonstration on problem points with knotting or maintenance of knotters in the context of abrasion. JUTA already has a basic recommendation on the care to be given to harvesting balers, based on many years of experience and communication with customers. Part of this maintenance is the correct use of twine according to the type of baler or adjustment to the weight and dimensions of the bales. Several worn knotters, commonly used on actual machines from real operation, are available.
The whole training is carried out in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, mainly due to the two-way discussion between trainees and trainers. We firmly believe that the participants will take away valuable information and help them in their daily work with you or your customers. This sets a new level of cooperation between JUTA and its customers for the future.
