These twines are intended for the category of presses also called HIGH-PRESS BALER for small bales. Using a sisal twine for baling, their expansion took place mainly during the 1960s and 1970s. The weight of pressed bales ranges from 10kg to 30kg. These bales are designed especially for manual handling.
To this day, these twines are used, for example, by horse breeders and smaller farmers. In recent years, they have also found new applications in construction, where small packages are used as insulation and also as building materials. These bales are tied with two to four twines and most often have a dimension of 40x50x100cm. In JUTA a.s., the production of the sisal assortment has been replaced by polypropylene twine since 1974 and thus we are one of the most experienced factories in the world as far as polypropylene twines are concerned.
